Living in paradise: our time at Robinson Club Maldives

As most of you already know, Matze & I met while working in Switzerland. After one common year in the Swiss Alps we planned to return to Germany. We made arrangements, sent out job applications, looked for appartments. One afternoon Matze went our to a short visit in Klosters, where he had coffee with JP & Marion. When he returned to Arosa he asked me, if I'd like to work in the Maldives. Expecting to hear something like "are you crazy??" as we already prepared everything for Germany, he heard me saying "of course!" Three weeks later we sat in the plane starting our greatest adventure by then. Almost two years we spent in this beautiful country on an island not bigger then three soccer fields. We met wounderful people and made really good friends, learned a lot about other cultures and ourselves. I was a defining, crazy and wonderful time we will remember forever.

All the people in the picture are Chinese couples who use the sunset for their honeymoon memories. And this always happens the same way: SHE poses for the pictures, HE is taking the pictures smiley

Turtle!!! The underwater world is amazing! You just have to go snorkeling or diving in every free minute

This is not a fake, we were so close to the dolphins. And not just once wink

There are so many of these cuties on the island, you just have to keep your eyes open

This picture was made by the island photographers Studio 38B

All the bananas that are consumed on the island, grow there

The yoga classes with Tina are amazing...

Matze with JP, the best Boss in the world...

Wonderful colleagues...

You have to be a little crazy sometimes... laugh

We really have to say: the food at Robinson Club Maldives is the best in the world!! But as Swabians we really missed our "Maultaschen". So Alicia and I entered the kitchen and made them for us and 200 guests laugh
